The raku potter,
Rob Sollis originated as a member of the famous Dartington Pottery Workshop
in 1984. In 1990 Rob set up his Fishacre Pottery in Littlehempston, South
Devon, UK. He has specialized in raku and smoked ware for ten years. Rob
is a member of the Devon Guild of Craftsmen and his raku pottery is on
display and for sale at their gallery in Bovey Tracy, Devon. Recent exhibitions
have included: Rob Sollis “On Form” at the Enid Lawson Gallery,
Kensington, London; Rob Sollis “At The Wheel”, jointly at the
Devon Guild of Craftsmen and the Newton Abbot Audi Showroom, Beaux Arts
Bath and Also Yorkshire Scuplture Park and Dartington Cider Press Centre,
both until Christmas 2004. |
